Jody Eddy, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education inManhattan, is the former editor of Art Culinaire Magazine. She has authored numerous cookbooks and writes for Travel+Leisure, Food & Wine and The Wall Street Journal, among many others.
Maneet Chauhan is a cookbook author, TV personality and active philanthropist. She participated in the Iron Chef competition on the Food Network, and now serves as a judge on the Food Network's Chopped. Together, they are writing a a cookbook showcasing the cuisine of India.
