Most people refer to a "Marketing Funnel" where a sale pops out the bottom of the funnel. Then you are done and you have to start over. A "Marketing Hourglass" is a much more relational approach and uses the 7 steps of Know, Like, Trust, Try, Buy, Repeat, Refer. That's how a good sustainable business
is created - by having systems for each step in place. Dean will focus on
Digital Trust and Referrals since those have proven to be the most
important ones in recent months.

About Dean Heasley
Dean Heasley graduated with honors with an MBA in Marketing in 2005. He's been in sales and marketing since then. His undergraduate studies earned him a degree in Philosophy and Religion.
He spent a decade in national sales in the elevator industry. Yes, it's really an industry and selling elevators is a real job. Most of his employers looked to him for marketing advice even though he was on the business development side. He's been consulting in one form or another since 2005.
Dean Heasley is the founder of Nashville Marketing Systems, has 15 years experience consulting with over 100 small and medium sized businesses including small projects for Goldman Sachs and McKinsey. Nashville Marketing Systems believes in strategy first, tactics second.
Dean is married with 2 children, lives in Murfreesboro, enjoys karate, jujitsu, and longboarding.
