She had to take a good hard look at what she was doing that was feeding her relentless hustle. Once she unlocked the key to going from stressed and exhausted to aligned and abundant, she made it her mission to share that wisdom with every woman she meets. Through coaching and her community, the Upleveler Society, Tiffany helps gutsy dream chasers take quantum leaps toward a more balanced, more joyful, and more abundant life. 

With five successful businesses under her belt, Holistic Business Coach Tiffany Napper is no stranger to the ups and downs of chasing your dreams. She left behind a role in the music industry, working with artists like Elton John, Alicia Keys, and Josh Groban, to spread her wings as CEO of her own PR and branding agency. She’s helped clients top Billboard charts and land on the cover of national magazines. But it wasn’t always a cakewalk, and it didn’t come without a price. Burnout and exhaustion were part of her journey and shaped her relationship with the toxic hustle culture. Once she unlocked the key to going from stressed and exhausted to aligned and energized, she made it her mission to share that wisdom with every businesswoman she meets. In 2020, she founded her coaching entity, the Upleveler Society, to help creatives build businesses that bring them both abundance and joy.
