This month's topic is Human Resources, and specifically addresses hiring, retention and termination best practices.  Bring your employee handbook in addition to any employee forms that would be helpful to share with the group, as well as your questions for our presenting panel of experts.

NOTE: You must register for this event. Even if you are “tentatively” planning to join us, simply choose the “Will Order Upon Arrival" option when you register and your food will not be ordered until you arrive. That way we will be sure to have a seat reserved for you!

Come join our very first meeting of this brand new Small Business Affinity Group.  The RutherfordCABLE Board has developed this group to allow additional networking and business growth among our RutherfordCABLE small business members  (defined as independent owners and employees in organizations of 50 or more) plus in response to YOUR requests.  Attendance is limited to 30 for this meeting (due to space), so register early!

There is no admission fee for this group and its meetings, but members and guests pay for their own lunches.

In an effort to save time for all attendees, we are asking that you order and prepay for your meal. Hopefully, this will eliminate the lengthy wait for tickets, payment and charge slips or change.  All prices include tax and gratuity.
