RutherfordCABLE proudly presents members with a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills through this member-only training session sponsored by Deloitte. Join other CABLE members in learning the different personality styles and how to be the most effective leader when working with each style.

Come expecting a fun and educational evening kicking off with light refreshments. Dr. Deana Raffo will follow with an interactive presentation on leadership and personality styles.

"MTSU's Dr. Deana Raffo is an expert on leadership, self-awareness and leadership education," said Veronica Terrell, chair of the Special Events committee. "I hope everyone will save the date and join us!"
 




Deana Raffo, Ed.D, serves as Assistant Professor of Mangement in the Department of Management & Marketing at Middle Tennessee State University where she has spent her entire professional career. She is the adviser for the Leadership Studies minor which was the recipient of the Association of Leadership Educator's Outstanding Program Award in 2009. Dr. Raffo has had rich professional experiences involving student services, student affairs, and leadership education with numerous presentations, publications, elected offices, and committee involvements. Her research interests focus on leadership, self-awareness, and leadership education.


Directions to the Honors College Building:

1.  Take I-24 E towards Murfreesboro.

2.  Take exit 78B to merge onto TN-96E / Old Fort Pkwy toward Murfreesboro.  Continue to follow TN-96E.  About 3.4 miles.

3.  Turn right onto E Clark Blvd.  About 1.2 miles.

4.  Follow the road around to the right as it becomes Middle Tennessee Blvd.  About .2 miles.

5.  Turn left onto Greenland Drive.  About .7 miles.

6.  Turn into the campus on Blue Raider Drive.  About .2 miles.

7.  At the traffic circle, go half way around to stay on Blue Raider Drive.

8.  Continue on Blue Raider Drive to a second traffic circle and proceed half way around that traffic circle as well.

9.  As you come out of the traffic circle, the first building on your right is the new Student Union.  The second building on your right is the Honors Building.

10.  Continue to the stop sign.  Turn right, then right again to enter the parking lot.  As you approach the building from the parking lot, the main entrance is on the right end.
