Beyond Pushups:  Strength Training for the Workplace

What does a strong life look like?  What does it look like when a person succeeds in building her life around her strengths?  All organizations are made up of people with many different strengths---the truly great organizations effectively capitalize on the many different strengths inherent in their employees, rather than spending valuable time and money to correct their weaknesses.

In this three-hour workshop, you’ll use your completed Web-based pre-assessment revealing your top-five inborn talents and takeaways from the bestselling book Now, Discover Your Strengths by Marcus O. Buckingham and Donald Clifton to clearly identify, understand and put into use your personal strengths in your life and work.

The workshop fully explores 34 positive personality themes (such as Achiever, Developer, Learner, and Maximizer) and explains how to build a "strengths-based organization" by capitalizing on the fact that such traits are already present among those within it.

This revolutionary new program will teach you how to develop your unique talents and strengths---and those of the people you manage.  Based on the Gallup study of more than two million people.
