Managing Director, Schwan Cosmetics USA
Holli Montgomery was appointed Managing Director of Schwan Cosmetics USA in February, 2014 as the two Schwan Cosmetics US-based facilities were being strategically aligned into one company; one facility was located in New Jersey and the other in Lewisburg, Tennessee.
In March 2014 Schwan Cosmetics USA broke ground in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and in September 2015, Holli Montgomery and her 300-strong team celebrated the Grand Opening of the state-of-the art 173,000 square foot US headquarters. The Schwan Cosmetics USA team is a full service private label supplier of color cosmetics providing consumer-focused innovation, manufacturing and quality.
Prior to joining the Schwan Cosmetics team, Holli Montgomery served in several leadership positions including CEO of Cosmolab in Lewisburg, Tennessee and Vice-President of Marketing with Newell International in Rockford, Illinois. She earned her MBA at Ohio University and has been a practicing CPA in both Georgia and Ohio.
