  Jane Jones Bio

Jane Jones has lived and continues to live the life of one amazing female Tennessean.  Among her many professional accomplishments, she counts being named the first winner and first female to win Nashville’s Small Business Executive of the year. She was one of the first females “voted in” to the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, where she developed small business programs that are still in use today. She also helped start Tennessee Tomorrow and became one of the first females to serve on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America, where she held the Long Rifle, Silver Beaver and James E. West fellows.

Oh, and she also owned Jane Jones Enterprises, which employed more than 100 full-time employees and 16,000 temporary workers.  In the late 80’s and early 90’s, Jane Jones Enterprises was the largest temp service in the state of Tennessee. Then in 1994, she sold her company to Randstad, but rather than retiring to a well-deserved leisurely life style, she served as Randstad’s US President for the next five years.

After leaving Randstad, she has continued to be ahead of the game and her competition with her current venture, Creative Human Resource Solutions, an interactive multimedia company for online training.

Now as you might imagine, Mrs. Jones’ personal life is equally remarkable.  She raised two children and now has six grandchildren; she has remained happily married to H. Ted Jones for almost fifty years.  Mrs. Jones graduated from MTSU with a major in Business and a minor in Biology.

In her spare time, she enjoys trading in the stock market.
