My paternal grandparents immigrated from Lebanon in the Middle East. As Christians, they recognized the changing dynamics of their home, so they packed up and moved to live the American Dream. Although citizens of the United States, their culture was still a staple in their home. Men worked; women stayed home. Appreciating my heritage while recognizing gender inequalities has been a lifelong process. These are the lessons I learned from powerful women that have led me to the point of fierce advocacy of equality and striving for success.

About Joseph Saig

Joe Saig is Founder & CEO of ATP Strategies, a marketing services and sales consulting firm. He is a 20-year veteran focused on helping businesses achieve their full growth potential. Joe founded ATP Strategies due to the dire need for businesses to evolve to the changing marketplace dynamics. Joe has held numerous leadership positions in marketing, sales, analytics, and finance in both Fortune 500 and private equity back financial services companies. Throughout his corporate career, Joe built out a new Market Strategy division, was a founding leader of a regional bank analytics national division and led the Tennessee bank strategy to achieve a #1 performance ranking for five consecutive years. Joe is a Nashville Business Journal Top Forty Under 40 winner and a two-time Nashville Emerging Leader finalist. He is a current board member of Nurture The Next and Team Chad and a past member of the Finance and Economics Advisory Board for the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University. Joe lives in Nashville, Tennessee and is married to his wife, Reagan, a talented OB/GYN physician. Together they have one daughter. In his spare time, Joe is an avid runner and is a 12-time marathon runner.

Who: Members and Guests. IN PERSON registration closes at noon on Friday, May 7, 2021. There is a $5 late fee for walk-up registration after this date. VIRTUAL registration is available up until the start of the event. Zoom information is included in your registration confirmation email.

In-Person Cost: Pre-paid Members, Free w/Code; Members, $20; Guests, $25
Virtual Cost: Members, $5; Guests, $10
