Make a difference at our monthly breakfast meetings by becoming a table facilitator!
Table facilitators guide the formal networking portion of our breakfast meetings. Facilitators ensure everyone has the opportunity to talk about what her business offers and/or needs, keeps the conversation flowing (as needed) by offering information about upcoming RutherfordCABLE events or asking questions of table members, welcomes guests with provided goodie bags and gathers contact information from guests.
If you do not have the time or the desire to join a RutherfordCABLE committee, becoming a table facilitator allows you to raise your profile with other members while offering a valuable service to RutherfordCABLE.
We are offering a table facilitator training session on Tuesday, February 21st at 8:00 a.m. Brenda Fischer, with First Community Mortgage, Inc., has graciously offered to host this training again this year. Her office is located at 275 Robert Rose Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Once more, our own Terri Sterling, with Sterling Communications, will lead the training.
Your level of commitment and involvement as a table facilitator is your choice: you can facilitate one meeting per year or many times throughout the year. Volunteering can allow you to get outside your comfort zone, hone your skills in new areas, and allow other members to see you as a leader in our organization.
Feel free to attend the training if you are already a table facilitator as well! We are looking forward to brushing up on our skills and getting new ideas.
