5:30-5:40 p.m.– Welcome & Introductions/wine and light hors d’oeuvres

5:40-6:20 p.m. – Panel discussion in Business Center

6:20-7:05 p.m. – Small group breakouts in Condos

7:10-7:15 p.m. - Closing remarks

RutherfordCABLE is pleased to present an evening of professional leadership development to our members and their guests. The evening will include light hors d’oeuvres, a panel discussion by our coaches, and more intimate breakout sessions with individual coaches. Coach presenters include:

Christie Berger, MBA, ACC

Christie is an Executive Coach with a broad base of business experience in leadership development, coaching, training, marketing and business development. Christie’s coaching and consulting services have advanced clients in a variety of industries, including health care, education, entertainment and non-nrofit. She currently provides coaching services to Vanderbilt University Alumni, Belmont University Center for Executive Education, and BPI Group (Global Management & HR Consulting firm).

Terry Humphrey

Terry’s vision is to stimulate and support individuals and their organizations to improve success at work and in life. She coaches successful people who use the best resources to achieve their “personal best” in business and in life. Terry has worked with both individuals and companies to develop strategies and action plans to align their mission with their goals. She leverages a variety of organizational and individual assessments and skill-development tools to support her executive and personal coaching, creating a holistic, practical approach to tackling the challenges that the complexity of work and life generate today.

Sarah Meyerrose

Sarah is President of Sarah Meyerrose Strategic Solutions. She has 30 years' experience at all levels of management, including 14 in the C-Suite of First Horizon National Corporation. Her key strengths include revenue generation, strategic planning and leadership, turnaround and change management, and stakeholder/board relations. She thrives on taking on existing business/operational units of any size or new ideas for growth and dramatically improving results.

Edythe Nash

Edy brings to her clients more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership development, organization development, and leadership coaching. She coaches executives and their teams who want to create environments where people are valued, respected, and supported to do their best work while reaching organizational goals. She helps mid-level managers identify strengths and development needs, and coaches them as they develop the competencies required for increasingly more responsible leadership roles.

Gail Southwell, Ph.D, BCC

Gail is an experienced consultant, executive coach and negotiator with a specialty in developing leaders to accomplish meaningful and quantifiable objectives that align to organizational goals. She coaches emerging leaders to prepare them to step into greater responsibilities. She uses a practical approach to complex issues through a development of self-awareness and creative problem solving skills to produce optimal results. Gail enhances the coaching with interactive workshops delivered to the leadership team to help them discover how their behaviors shape the organizational system.

Donna B. Yurdin, SPHR

As an executive coach and performance consultant Donna utilizes her experience, expertise and knowledge to bring effective solutions to individuals, teams and organizations seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness and team engagement.

Donna created her own talent development practice after serving in several Executive Human Resource positions in the healthcare and financial services industry. Her work with clients includes assessing organizational culture, developing learning and talent management strategies, and coaching individuals for goal achievement.
