Paula Lovell has more than 25 years’ experience in public relations, strategic communications and crisis management, and founded Lovell Communications Inc. in 1988 after a 10-year career as a journalist and TV producer. 

Lovell Communications is a full-service national PR and crisis communications firm that works with clients across the country in diverse industries including health care, education, transportation, banking and finance, professional services, hospitality, construction and real estate, manufacturing, insurance, technology and retail. 

Under her leadership, Lovell Communications has earned numerous awards and recognition for its work in reputation management, media relations, technical writing, sales materials and collateral development, social media, website development, employee relations and crisis management.

Lovell has received numerous awards for her achievements as a successful entrepreneur and small business owner including the 2007 Spirit of Free Enterprise Award from Junior Achievement.  In 2007 she also won the highest award in her industry from the Nashville chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators.  She is a frequent speaker on the subject of entrepreneurship and managing a small business and serves on numerous boards of directors – for-profit and not-for-profit. 

Lovell is the past Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
