Ride the RutherfordCABLE Car Trolley to Hear Some Sweet Sounds at Arrington Vineyards! Join us!

Arrington Vineyards showcases Free Music in the Vines' instrumental quartet "Art for Sale", whose jazzy sound will be sweet to your ears. The cost of this event is Free (wine can be purchased by the bottle at Arrington).
Members will meet at Sam's Club parking lot at 125 John Rice Blvd., Murfreesboro near the side of the building closest to the tire center at 2 p.m. We will hop aboard the RutherfordCABLE Car Trolley, a classic red air conditioned trolley-style bus for the ride to Arrington Vineyards. During your time at Arrington, enjoy free wine tastings, snacks and network with fellow RutherfordCABLE members. At 5:15 p.m. the RutherfordCABLE Car Trolley will depart from Arrington, arriving back at Sam's Club at approximately 6:00 p.m.
The Networking Committee will provide light snacks and water, but feel free to bring a snack to share if you can! Also, please bring the wine glass you painted at the August Networking Event or a wine glass of your choice. Wine can be purchased at Arrington by the bottle upon arrival. Arrington also provides free wine tastings. No outside wine, beer or alcohol is permitted at Arrington. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. This is a rain or shine outdoor event so please dress accordingly!

Service Contract
F.A.D.D.’S Party Bus will be providing a sober driver and D.J. to escort you on your party adventure. We want everyone on the bus to have a great time! We do not encourage drinking, but if there is drinking we want to make sure you have a safe and sober way home. That’s why we began “Friends Against Drunk Drivers”, there are too many people involved in alcohol related accidents and thousands of innocent people are killed every year by drunk drivers. We want to stop people from drunk driving and let everyone know there are safe alternatives. F.A.D.D.‘s Party Bus is exactly that, and you are sure to have an awesome time. To ensure that everyone will have a great time and a safe trip, we would like every guest to abide by our safety rules listed below.
1. All guests on the party bus must be 21 or older to drink alcoholic beverages. F.A.D.D.S. Party Bus has a no tolerance policy for underage drinking. If a person on your party bus is underage and discovered drinking illegally, the party is issued one warning. If at which time, a person continues to drink illegally, the party is stopped and all passengers are returned to the drop off destination. At driver’s discretion, the party will end. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. It is equally your responsibility to make sure this policy is followed.
2. No drugs, no violence, no swearing, no obscenity, no weapons of any kind will be tolerated. If any of the above occurs you will be immediately dropped off at your prearranged destination and will not be refunded any amount.
3. Do not under any circumstances distract the driver; we want you and your party to arrive safely. If you have any questions please direct them to the D.J., is there to assist you with anything you need.
4. Enter at your own risk. F.A.D.D.’s will not be held responsible / liable if any guest gets injured from various causes. For instance, if the bus is in motion and all guests are not seated, or if you are under the influence of any substance. All injuries must be reported immediately at the time of injury to the D.J. and he will instruct you to fill out our accident report form.
5. Keep all personal items with you at all times; we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
6. We will not pick up additional people (strangers) through the night. This is for your safety.
7. At no time will we allow anyone to be hanging out the windows or throwing trash out the windows.
8. While the bus is in motion, please keep one hand holding a rail while standing or dancing for your safety.
9. If the music stops & the D.J. announces for everyone to be seated please do so promptly!
10. Clear glass is not allowed on the buses.
11. The emergency exit is located in the back of the bus.
12. The preceding pages are your itinerary for your party. Please review to ensure there are no discrepancies. Please note that your party begins when the driver arrives for the initial pick-up and ends when the last person is dropped off. No exceptions!
13. If your party goes over the prearranged time you will be held responsible for the additional hours charged. Additional charges are to be paid in full before your party ends.
14. If any property of F.A.D.D.’s Party Bus gets damaged or stolen from the guests at your party you will be held liable for replacement costs, collection fees, attorney fees court costs, etc.
15. Pictures and \ or videos taken by Fadds Staff may be used in advertising, flyers, T.V., web site etc. etc.
By signing below you are giving permission for Fadds to use pictures and \ or videos of your party and guests for

15. All carry-on bags are subject to search by F.A.D.D.S. staff.
16. If bus is soiled beyond normal (for instance, someone gets sick), a cleaning fee of $50.00 will be applied to total due.
17. Please understand that every effort will be made to provide you with the bus of your choice, however, due to
extreme circumstances, it may be necessary to substitute another bus. We reserve the right to make whatever
changes we may deem necessary.
18. F.A.D.D.S will give you and your group armbands for free access into many clubs in Nashville provided your party
is escorted by a F.A.D.D.S. Party bus D.J. However, free admission and club access is not guaranteed. Club access could be
denied due to capacity or special events. F.A.D.D.S will however be available to escort you to a variety of other clubs with
free access.
19. In the event that it may become necessary, F.A.D.D.S. reserves the right to charge for any collections and/or attorneys
Fees associated with any and all collection actions for unpaid balances, damages or charge-backs.
