Tena Mayberry serves a dual role as president of Nashville-based Century II, Inc. and as president and CEO of Indianapolis-based Fortune Industries, Inc. (AMEX:FFI).

Century II is one of the largest outsourced human resources firms based in Tennessee and one of the oldest professional employer organizations (PEO) in the nation. Century II serves more than 200 client companies, representing approximately 4,000 employees in 45 states.

Fortune Industries is a publicly traded PEO with offices in AZ, CO, IN, TN, UT and is comprised of three PEO companies, including Century II. Fortune Industries serves more than 750 client companies, representing more than 14,000 employees in 47 states.

A business management professional with more than 25 years of experience, Mayberry oversees the operations of both firms as well as the implementation of strategic goals nationwide.

Mayberry was named president of Fortune Industries in 2009 and assumed the additional role of CEO in January 2010. She became president of Century II in 2007 after serving four years as chief operating officer, two years as senior vice president and four years as vice president. Prior to joining Century II, Mayberry served in management positions with Contract Sales Managers, Kroger Co. and Norrell Temporary Services.

 Mayberry holds a B.S. in marketing and business management from Tennessee Technological University. She serves on the board of the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, the Middle Tennessee American Heart Association Executive Leadership team, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and the National Association of Professional Women. In addition to her professional commitments, she remains active with her church, supports the United Way and spends as much time as possible with her family.
