RutherfordCABLE Table Facilitators play a key role in our organization as leaders in connecting members with each other in an effective way to grow their businesses and professional networks. We strongly recommend that every table facilitator participate in the training from time to time---for the first time or as a refresher. This is a key skill that you can use in all areas of your work and business.
We want to be sure that every table facilitator who leads a table at our monthly breakfast meetings has the training and tools needed to do a great job!
If you have been a table facilitator for some time, or if you're new to facilitation or if you've decided to get involved in CABLE as a facilitator----this training is for YOU!

We are offering two sessions on Tuesday, May 7----both at TrustPoint Hospital in Murfreesboro on Thompson Lane.
Please choose the session that works best for your schedule.
Session #1 is from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. You will have the opportunity to purchase lunch in the TrustPoint cafeteria for the very reasonable price of $5, which includes a full lunch, dessert and drink---and it's chef-prepared!
Session #2 is from 4:30 p.m. untll 6 p.m.
Both sessions will include 15 minutes of observation role playing after we cover the key points of facilitating small groups.
