Is Your Workplace A "No-Place”

Or A “Yes-Place”?

Creating a complaint-free environment at work

*****

Our world is filled with negativity. Gossip and frustrated coworkers can lead to a cycle of complaining one-upmanship. In this presentation, Dew will provide concrete steps to avoid negativity so you can improve your productivity and your relationships.

About Dawn "Dew" Tennin:

Dawn “Dew” Tennin began her sales career at seven years old, selling Girl Scout cookies door to door. At age eleven, she earned a patch for selling the most cookies.

Later, Dew started her professional sales and training career at Homecomings Financial, a division of GMAC/ RFC, spending seven years there. Dew spent the next three years in the sales training division of a small mortgage company, and then she moved to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

At Wells, Dew traveled all over the country as a National Sales Trainer, teaching the best sales habits and techniques to thousands of sales professionals every year. In 2005, she moved from the classroom to the field where she spent three years as a top-producing Branch Manager.

Dew has been perfecting her sales techniques for the last 15 years, working with sales professionals in all 50 states. Joining the Southwestern Consulting team was a natural next step for Dew;  She has taken everything she learned from her career and combine it with the philosophies and practices the Southwestern Company has been refining for the past 155 years.

Dew says, “I get to coach half the time and I get to sell half the time. I’ve found my ideal job.”

Sales is in Dew’s blood. She loves the art of the sale and she loves sharing techniques with others. Dew believes that sales is an honorable profession, and she truly takes it as a compliment when someone tells her she’s persistent because… yes, yes she is.

Dew currently lives in Nashville with her husband, Shane and her 15-year-old step-son.
