Efficient – Effective – Exceptional

Discovering the Professional Strengths of Women

Women have unique characteristics that differentiate them from their male counterparts.  Even though these traits can make us effective professionals and leaders, many women don’t fully tap into these assets.  They simply don’t understand the strength we as females bring to the table or they have a preconceived notion that these traits are not what others are looking for in a professional.

From her own learnings as a successful female executive, Debra Boblitt will share how and why we should leverage these characteristics to set us apart and make us exceptional business leaders.

  • Debra will explain women’s strengths in regard to three key behaviors:
  • Collaboration
  • Embracing who you are as an individual and as a female
  • Integrating your personal life with your business life
  • These are things that apply to everyone - regardless of where you are on your professional journey…..
  • Because women are typically better listeners and more often possess the qualities of self-awareness, empathy and humility these certain behaviors tend to come more naturally to them
  • Understanding, embracing and further developing our innate assets will enable all of us to become better at who we are
  • By sharing her personal experiences,  Debra will give the audience insight into practical ways of maximizing these strengths and behaviors.
